During my visit to DC for sightseeing, I found the location of the property to be quite convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the White House and the Watergate Complex. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay amidst my busy itinerary. The staff, though somewhat responsive, could benefit from improvement in customer service to enhance the overall experience.

The penthouse view of the Potomac River and Kennedy Center was breathtaking! The fully equipped kitchen made me feel like home. Free WiFi was a bonus for staying connected. The fitness center helped me stay on track with my workout routine.

The kitchenette was smaller than expected.

The suite was like a cozy 1-bedroom apartment, quiet with no noisy walls or hallways, perfect for a good night's sleep with an adjustable temperature AC. The staff, especially Devine, Gregory, Anthony, were top-notch. The only downside was a lack of daily turndown service and a little bit of confusion during check-in, but overall, it didn't diminish the great experience 😊.

Location was the biggest draw for me at this hotel. The front desk staff also left much to be desired, but the proximity to Georgetown University was a plus.

Conveniently located close to public transportation, plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with kitchenettes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is a great perk. Ability to login to personal streaming accounts on the TV is a nice touch.

I was kinda surprised to find this hotel in such a prime location near the event I was attending in the heart of Georgetown. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was great. About 20-30 minutes from Union Station on Uber/Bus.

During our family trip, we found a great stay at a hotel close to the Georgetown waterfront. This hotel was a perfect home base to explore many areas of DC by taking only one circulator bus or simply walking to the nearest attraction sites. The location was near the waterfront and had a lot of restaurants and shops to visit nearby. The hotel room was spacious, with a full kitchenette and huge living area. We enjoyed the nice breakfast with pastries, fruits and more, and appreciated the polite and cheerful staff.

Parking can be tight and difficult to navigate for larger vehicles.
